Their latest launch, Belvoir Maidenhead brings the total of Belvoir offices up to 148. “I’m very much looking forward to the new launch, especially going out there and meeting all the landlords and showing them what we can do for them,” says Belvoir Maidenhead’s proprietor Dominik Potworowski. “I’m a people person and I love meeting new people and I’m looking forward to helping my clients achieve what they need or want to achieve.
“My hopes for the future are to grow the business as much as possible, while providing a great service. The fundamental thing is that a landlord’s property is usually their biggest asset, and very often it is their pension scheme too. I’m looking forward to having the chance to prove what I can do for them – and what Belvoir as a brand can do for them – plus looking after their main asset as if it was my own.”
Belvoir’s Head of Franchise Recruitment Christopher Watkin welcomes Dominik to the Belvoir network and says he believes he will be a valuable addition to Belvoir’s growing team.

CJ HOLE GETS A WHOLE LOT BIGGER
CJ Hole has reported a tremendous initial success to their campaign to recruit quality independent agents in the South West. The seven offices of Annagram in Somerset have rebranded to CJ Hole becoming the first new partners of the brand - effectively doubling the size of CJ Hole overnight.
Ed Creswick, a Director of Annagram from the Burnham-on-Sea office said, “CJ Hole is a trusted name that I first worked for over 20 years ago. Much has changed since then and CJ Hole is now helping us to modernise our offering to sell and let property more effectively for our customers. Together we are going to take this award-winning brand back into Somerset.”
Annagram were formerly part of TEAM Association, but, follwoing their expansion, were looking for new ways to increase the effectiveness of their marketing and leverage savings.

FINE & COUNTRY OPEN 14 NEW OFFICES IN 90 DAYS
Fine & Country has opened nine new offices in 90 days in various locations across the UK and in mainland Europe.
The new UK offices are in Thames Ditton in Surrey, central Cambridge, North Lincolnshire, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, Coombe in Wimbledon, Windsor, Berkshire, Rotherham, Plymouth and a new international office in Cascais, Portugal. All offices will be fully operational by November.

SPICERHAART NAMED SOUTH EAST APPRENTICESHIP EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR
Spicerhaart has beaten hundreds of other companies to be named South East England Medium Apprenticeship Employer of the Year at the regional finals of
the National Apprenticeship Awards 2012.
Spicerhaart was singled out by the judges for the quality of the apprenticeship programme that it runs at its headquarters in Colchester.
The National Apprenticeship Awards celebrate the achievements of the country’s most outstanding Apprenticeship employers and their apprentices and are organised by the National Apprenticeship Service.
Spicerhaart now goes through to a final national judging stage and the highest scoring Apprenticeship employer entries nationally will feature in the acclaimed England’s Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers list. The list and the national award winners will be revealed during the opening ceremony of the UK’s largest national skills and careers event, WorldSkills UK - The Skills Show, in Birmingham in November.

Abercrombie & Kent, the luxury travel company, has announced the launch of a new venture, Abercrombie & Kent International Estates. The new business will market and sell exclusive residential properties from around the world, including private homes and resort residences.

SCOTTISH PROPERTY CENTRE OPENS 10 OFFICES
A new independent estate agency, the Scottish Property Centre, is growing across the country, with ten branches between Inverness, Lanarkshire and Glasgow, and more due soon.
The Scottish Property Centre has pledged to spend more on property marketing and exposure than any other national estate agency, helping increase exposure across all platforms for customers.
The offices, in Airdrie, Bellshill, Buckie, Cardonald, Coatbridge, Motherwell, Perth, Inverness, Royal Deeside, and Shawlands were previously part of the RE/MAX franchise but have come together as the Scottish Property Centre to better serve customers in today’s climate.
Andrew Reid, co-managing director and one of the founding partners of Scottish Property Centre, said, “As a group of experienced business people we felt we could better serve the needs of our customers if we could provide a different service proposition to what is currently available in the marketplace, no easy task but one which we believe is achievable.”

JOHN D WOOD EXPAND
John D Wood & Co. has opened its fifteenth London office, in Clapham; their fifth office south of the River Thames which links its successful Battersea, Wandsworth and Wimbledon branches. The office will sell and let properties across a large area including Abbeville Village, Balham, Brixton, Clapham North, Clapham South, the Heaver Estate, Streatham Hill and Tooting Bec.
The new sales office will be managed by Alistair Hilton who joins John D Wood & Co. with seven years experience in South London, latterly as a branch manager in Balham. The Lettings Department will be managed by Elena Baskerville who has several years experience in letting properties and moves from the Chiswick branch.
Peter Young, MD, says, “The opening of our new Clapham office cements John D Wood & Co.’s presence south of the river. We are well placed to observe the ripple effect created by record prices being achieved in central London by our international purchasers. This is driving buyers and tenants to seek out better value and larger properties in neighbouring boroughs.”
