United House team strengthened

Paul DelaneyLeading social and private housing specialist United House has made two key appointments to strengthen the company’s growth strategy.

The highly experienced construction director Paul Delaney (right) joins United House as Major Projects Director from Ardmore Construction, where he spent 27 years overseeing the delivery of a wide range of mixed-use projects combining residential, industrial, retail and leisure development, with contract values from £10 to £110 million.

Malcolm BushellPaul will use his expertise to head the delivery of United House’s new pipeline of projects and support the Group’s ongoing expansion.

Malcolm Bushell (left) also returns to United House, after a 12-year period at Mulalley Construction, where he held the position of Marketing Manager. Malcolm’s new role as Senior Business Development Manager involves the implementation of a targeted approach to new business, which will enable well-planned and profitable growth for the company going forward.
