Henry Moore CourtHenry Moore Court is the first new build luxury residential scheme to be undertaken in Chelsea, SW3 for ten years.

Construction of the planned development of an exclusive collection of two villas, 15 luxury apartments and 38 secure parking spaces, is underway and due for completion in Autumn 2012. The prime development freehold site, with planning for 58,000 sq ft of residential accommodation in the heart of Chelsea, was acquired for £40 million by private equity firm, The Carlyle Group, in a 50-50 joint venture with the Athos Group.

For 50 years the site was the home of the Chelsea College of Art, before it was relocated close to the Tate Britain. A link with the college continues, as the name of the scheme is taken from the former Head of Sculpture from 1932 - Henry Moore OM CH FBA.

Louise Hewlett, Director at Aylesford, the appointed agents says, “This is a very significant development; the first new construction in Chelsea and prime Central London since pre-Lehmans. When complete, it will provide much sought after secure lateral living, designed and built to the highest standard.” Prices will range from £5.5million to £14million for the
15 apartments and two houses.
