Chartered surveyor Jo Keene rejoined her old firm at the end of last year and has now gained a major promotion.

Jo joined Dreweatt Neate as a graduate trainee in 1997, gaining her professional qualification from RICS in 2000, then left in 2002 to form her own partnership, a business she sold five years later. She is now an associate partner and has been appointed to head the Carter Jonas Commercial team in Newbury after the firm merged with Dreweatt Neate in May.
In her new role at Newbury, Jo will deal with all aspects of commercial agency work and corporate real estate, though she will also continue to work on Infrastructure projects.

“Some clients are national organisations with huge infrastructures and frequently they can encounter problems with things like access or facility improvements,” says Jo. “Solving those problems takes careful thought to create often innovative outcomes. This is an exciting time for Carter Jonas and I am delighted to be joining the well-established Commercial Team in Newbury. I will assist in further developing our business along the A34 corridor and beyond.”
